When you purchase your tickets, you will select your Date and Arrival Time. This is the time you will be granted access to join the waiting line for the type of ticket that you purchased. Please plan to arrive up to 15 minutes in advance to account for travel delays, traffic, or other delays. Your tickets will not scan sooner than 15 minutes prior to your Arrival Time.
Wait Times
Timed Arrival tickets greatly reduce wait times "but does not eliminate them", better parking and traffic flow, and an overall better experience for our guests.
You will still wait in a line if you selected General Admission or Fast Pass. This is NOT a scheduled time you are guaranteed to start the haunted house. When planning your evening please allow for ample waiting time especially on weekends in October.
Tickets Only Available Online
Tickets must be purchased online for all events at Fear Columbus. We have completely removed our box office from the facility and shifted entirely into online only tickets. Please do not arrive without a ticket to ensure tickets are still available for the time you arrive. "Hours" listed on google or 3rd party websites should not be referenced and we can not guarantee their accuracy. We do not have "hours" of guaranteed operation since it is a timed ticket event. If you have a ticket with an Arrival Time, we stay open until everyone for that time slot has gone through all the attractions and had time to shop in the store or take photos in the photo ops.
Running Late?
Please note if you are late to your time slot, we can not guarantee your entry, especially towards the end of the time. Make sure to reschedule your time to a later time if you are going to be late. This is done through the "Reschedule" button located towards the bottom of your confirmation email.
