Can I Change My Date or Arrival Time?

You may change your ticket to a different date or time for the same event type as long as there is availability still remaining.


You simply click the "Reschedule" button that is found toward the bottom of your confirmation email with your tickets. No login is required.

Use utilize dynamic pricing so different dates and times are different prices. While we don't charge a fee to reschedule you will need to pay the difference if you select a more expensive date or time. 


Rescheduling is not permitted after the final night of the current event. Example - Love is in the Scare can not reschedule to Krampus, unused Halloween Season tickets can not be rescheduled to Nightmare Combat. Different special events have different rescheduling policies and expiration dates. The policies in your specific confirmation email override anything found on our help center.


We do not offer refunds or credits if you reschedule to a cheaper night.


Customer service can not manually reschedule your tickets for you via email or phone. 

Dates sell out in advance, so last minute rescheduling can't be guaranteed availability.
