I Can't Find My Tickets!

Did you lose or delete the email with your tickets? Purchase tickets and never receive them?

Don’t worry, you can look up your tickets instantly right from our website!


Follow Option 1 if you have already created an account.

Follow Option 2 if you have NOT already created an account.


Option 1)  Open our online ticketing portal using the link below, using your smartphone, computer, or tablet.


  • Enter your information on the login screen. Make sure you use the email address that you used when you bought tickets.


  • You can then bring your tickets up by selecting the Print Tickets button.


I Don't Remember My Password:

  • If you remember the email address that you used but you have forgotten your password, select I forgot my password from the My Account login screen. 
  • Follow the steps to reset your password:
    1. Enter the email address that used to purchase your tickets.
    2. Check your email account for an email from Fear Columbus that will have the title "tickets.fearcolumbus.com Password Reset." Follow the instructions in that email.
    3. Reset your password:
    4. Now retry logging in to your account with your new password.


Option 2) If you did not set up an account originally, you will select Register An Account from the login screen.

  • Online Ticketing PortalAdd the email address that you used when purchasing the tickets and create a password that you will remember.
    Now select the Register button. Your tickets will appear in your newly made account.
  • You can then bring your tickets up on your phone screen or on your computer to print them by selecting the Print Tickets button.


Still not able to access your tickets?


  • If you are having trouble logging in or the system is not sending you a password reset email, this usually means that you used a different email to complete your order. Try using a different email to login or reset your password. 
  • If that still doesn’t work, this can also mean there was a typo in your email address when you completed your order.
  • As a last resort, fill out our Contact Form and describe the problem. Someone will respond within 24 hours with customer support.
